Ah, Hola Everyone!

I thought this account almost lost in your vibes. I am searching my spirit to write some ideas down here in which come from my experiences. And, here we go, again!

This last two weeks, I joined a playgroup islamic based school in Bandung. This location is close enough to my dorm that easily reached by walk. Many students study here from PG - elementary level. The teachers are the same. But, lately, this school needed more teachers to replace the resigned ones and I was in.

I was really happy this afternoon than before because today is the payday. It is always happy to come on the day which your bucket list just waited in your pocket, hahaha. I do the same. Many plans stuck in my head with the income. Until the moment came. I hold the envelope with my name written on the cover. It feels like I work for the office. The previous one just transfer through ATM. I kept the envelope into my bag and still guessed the amount it should be saved. I tried to calculate my presences and compare to another mosque.

"It must be around that total" I guessed for times. I was still happy and decided to open it after salah.

Dag, dig, dug.

I tried to check in silent class with some people. And, Taraaa....

I almost lost my smile drastically but it should not be.

I checked for twice and surely I wasn't wrong.

Cant even expect for the total.

My heart likely denied it and almost thought to resign.

I tried to compare with my experiences and it didnt make any senses.

I persuaded my heart to accept all those things happened in my life.

I learned some things this day:

  1. Be grateful for what you gain. small or big is enough when you are full of gratitude in your heart. Like my teacher said, " human never satisfied for everything God has given. Even the best ones from the sky (jannah)- (Musa AS story with his followers bestowed with manna wa salwa but they want another one). Then, I convince in my heart that it is from Allah 'Azza wa jalla and I must be grateful. Alhamdulillah.

  2. Something looks so small, it maybe contains much barakah Allah sent inside it. Much more rahmah I cant count by money but rather by heart. My heart is full of tranquility and blessings which I cant find nowhere except in mosque.

  3. Trust that if you cant be grateful for the small, then how about the big one is? Lets say alhamdulillah for everything Allah give to me.

  4. Do all activities only for the sake of Allah. By applying this, my heart is full of enjoyment and akhirah oriented. You will be sincere and sabr for everything.

  5. Trust that after this sincere process, you will be given what you have been waiting for long. in you prayers. He knows the most. Keep on prayers and trust Him.

  6. Do your best. Bismillah. May I can be one of the donors for this school. Aamiin.

This all my points of the day. It is already midnight and I need to rest cause tomorrow I should replace a teacher schedule. May Allah guides all our journeys. Aamiin.
